Access to the University Access website is provided by Quantedge Foundation. "Quantedge Foundation" means Quantedge Foundation, persons representing the Foundation i.e. Directors, Advisors, Resident Philanthropreneurs (internal entrepreneurs who collaborate with the Foundation on specific charitable projects) and all staff (including volunteers and individuals on secondment from other organisations). The "Quantedge Foundation Site" means the website of University Access located at https://universityaccess.sg and whatever domains owned by Quantedge that direct the public to the content located at https://universityaccess.sg.
Limitations On Use Of Information Contained In The Quantedge Foundation Site
Information made available on or through the Quantedge Foundation Site is for your individual use only. Although you may store, display, analyze, and/or print information contained on or made available through the Quantedge Foundation website only for your own use, you are not permitted to publish, broadcast, transmit, repackage or otherwise reproduce or commercially exploit this material – in whole or in part – in any format to a third party without the express written consent of Quantedge Foundation. Furthermore, you are not permitted to alter, obscure, or remove any copyright, trademark or any other notices that appear anywhere in conjunction with the information provided in the Quantedge Foundation Site.
Quantedge Foundation reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, for any reason whatsoever, to modify or remove any information in the Quantedge Foundation Site. Your use of this site and these Terms of Use are not intended to, and do not, transfer or grant any rights to you or other party other than the rights set out in these Terms and Conditions of Use. All rights not specifically granted herein are reserved by Quantedge Foundation, or the third-party owners of such rights. When using information provided by third parties, you are required to abide by the terms and conditions not only of this site, but also by whatever terms and conditions are imposed by such third-party providers.
Monitoring, Collection, Use and Dissemination of Data by Quantedge Foundation
Your use of the Quantedge Foundation Site (including any products and service made available on or through the Quantedge Foundation Site) may be monitored by Quantedge Foundation, and any data (whether personal or otherwise) and the resulting information from such use may be collected and used by Quantedge Foundation for its internal purposes and disclosed or disseminated to third parties (including Quantedge Foundation’s associated or affiliated entities, partners or other service providers, governmental or other authorities and regulatory and self-regulatory bodies) to the extent required by any law or regulation or for any reason Quantedge Foundation thinks fit.
Please note that any personal data or information ("Personal Data") provided by you to Quantedge Foundation and its partners may be retained and used for purposes connected to the activities of Quantedge Foundation (including, without limitation, collecting and processing data and information on beneficiaries). This includes the release of Personal Data to third-party service providers for the purposes of providing administrative and other services or conducting identity and other necessary checks, and relevant supervisory authorities for the purposes of compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Quantedge Foundation is committed to keeping all Personal Data confidential and secure, and to confine the use of such information, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. No Warranties Or Responsibilities
Quantedge Foundation makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the Quantedge Foundation Site or any other website accessible through the Quantedge Foundation Site. The Quantedge Foundation Site, including links to any third-party service, is provided at your sole risk on an 'as is' basis. Any implied warranty regarding the fitness (for whatever use), merchantability or accuracy of the Quantedge Foundation Site is expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law. Furthermore, neither Quantedge Foundation nor any third-party provider has any responsibility to maintain the Quantedge Foundation Site, or to ensure its accuracy. Quantedge Foundation has sole discretion as to the continuing availability of the Quantedge Foundation Site or any other website accessible through the Quantedge Foundation Site.
No Liability For Use
By using the Quantedge Foundation Site, you agree that Quantedge Foundation has no liability of any kind to you or third parties or any responsibility for your ability to access the Quantedge Foundation Site. Furthermore, by using the Quantedge Foundation Site, you agree that Quantedge Foundation shall have no liability, contingent or otherwise, to you or to third parties, for accuracy, correctness, or availability of any information contained in the Quantedge Foundation Site, and you further agree that Quantedge Foundation is not and shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any nature which may at any time result from your use of the Quantedge Foundation Site, notwithstanding the fact that Quantedge Foundation may be informed of those facts. Furthermore, you agree that Quantedge Foundation has no responsibility to inform you whether any problems or complaints have resulted from the Quantedge Foundation Site.
Information Security
Quantedge Foundation maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. Given the nature of information security, there is no guarantee that such measures will always prevent a leak of information security. Quantedge Foundation may be prone to information security and related risks resulting from breaches in cybersecurity, which can result from deliberate attacks such as hacking or other unintentional events, notwithstanding reasonable steps having been taken by Quantedge Foundation to prevent or repel them. Quantedge Foundation is therefore not responsible for the security of your information and makes no warranty of any kind regarding the security of the Quantedge Foundation Site or your information. If the security of Personal Data is compromised, the affected individuals will receive notice of the data security breach where required by and consistent with applicable law.

General
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions hereof shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Use shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore as those laws are applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in Singapore, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be commenced exclusively in the Republic of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
