Singapore Citizen Full-time Undergraduate
Gross monthly household per capita income less than or equal to $750*
Live in 4-room HDB Flat or smaller*
No additional selection interviews

No quota on the number of recipients awarded
*Some universities have expanded the per capita income criterion to $1,100 and below, and relaxed the housing criterion to all housing types. Check your eligibility or the financial aid packages at the respective universities below.
